The statutes implementing FinCEN’s Whistleblower Program are codified at 31 U.S.C. § 5323 and may be found here:

• Section 6314 of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2020 (AML Act); and
• The Anti-Money Laundering Whistleblower Improvement Act, enacted December 29, 2022.

FinCEN administers a whistleblower program that offers incentives and protections to encourage individuals to provide information about violations or conspiracies to commit violations of the following statutes and their implementing regulations:

Office of Equal Employment Opportunity

The Office of Equal Employment Opportunity provides leadership, direction and guidance on workplace issues, such as equal employment opportunity, harassment, dispute prevention, workplace and work product accessibility, and reasonable accommodations. The office also has the responsibility of ensuring compliance with Management Directive MD-715.
